I tried using Luxenoir the other day, just on my phone, and it was frustrating. Not sure if it was my connection or the site itself, but pages were loading slowly and the menu felt a bit all over the place. I clicked around for a while and somehow kept ending up back where I started.
The checkout also confused me, at least from what I saw. Some of the buttons were tiny and I couldn’t find the info I needed without digging around. Maybe it works better on desktop or I missed something, but I ended up giving up before placing an order

It looks nice enough and the style is easy to wear but it feels basic overall. Not bad just nothing that really stands out.

I ordered a branded item from luxenoir.com and when it showed up, it just doesn't feel right. The packaging was kind of off, the stitching looks weird, and the label didn't match the photos I seen from the actual store. I asked support if it was authentic, but they was vague and never really answered me. Maybe someone else had a better experience, but I don't trust it and I won't be ordering again.

I checked the size chart and ordered based on the measurements, so I expected it to fit better than this. It was tight in some spots and weirdly loose in others. Frustrating when all I really wanted was the basic sizing info to be accurate, and it feels like that was just ignored. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. I definitely wouldn’t rely on their chart again.

I got a bag from Luxenoir it does look nice when you first take it out. The leather feels decent too. I was kind of in a rush when I opened it, but even then I noticed some of the stitching was uneven and one of the edges looked like it had been finished too quickly. It’s not a huge deal or anything, but for the price I expected it to look a little more polished. Shipping was fine, so overall it’s okay, just not perfect

I wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but the quality really surprised me... it feels sturdy, looks clean, and nothing about it comes off as cheap. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I tried placing an order on luxenoir.com, but the checkout process was a bit frustrating. My cart seemed to change on its own a couple of times, and the payment page froze more than once, so I ended up having to restart the process.
I also wish the final total had been clearer earlier on instead of showing up at the last step. The site looks nice, but the checkout felt a little too messy for me, and I ended up not finishing the order.

The product descriptions felt so vague it was almost dramatic. I couldn’t really tell what I was getting, the sizing info was unclear, and it just gave me that sinking feeling like I shouldn’t trust the shop.

Just a quick warning for anyone ordering based on the pictures: they’re close, but not totally accurate. The color looked a little richer online, and the material seemed shinier in the photos than it did in person. It still looked nice when it arrived, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, but it wasn’t exactly what I thought I was getting. Overall, the photo accuracy is just okay

It’s definitely not cheap, but I suppose the prices are fair enough. You won’t exactly feel like you found some amazing deal, but at least it doesn’t feel like you’re being completely ripped off

I wasn’t even being rough with it, just using it normally. For what it cost, I really expected it to last longer than that, so yeah, disappointing overall.

I was ready to place an order, but the payment options were surprisingly limited. My usual card didn’t go through, and there wasn’t really a simple backup option to use instead. After trying a few times, I just gave up. it kind of felt like they only want people paying certain ways, which was frustrating.

Ordering was totally fine, but the color didn’t quite match the photos :/ It’s still nice, just a bit duller in person than I thought it would be. I ended up keeping it because it still works okay, but I do wish the pictures showed the shade more accurately. Not bad overall, just kind of mixed feelings!

I’ve browsed luxenoir.com a few times they do have some really nice pieces. I like the style of a lot of the items, but my experience was a bit mixed because the stock situation made it harder than it needed to be.
A couple of things I liked were already sold out, and one size disappeared while I was still thinking it over. I get that popular items go fast, but I wish there was a clearer way to tell if or when something might be restocked.

For some reason, I was expecting the material to feel a lot softer, but it was thin and a little scratchy on my skin. It reminded me more of cheap costume fabric than something I’d want to wear for comfort. The fit was okay, but I kept noticing how rough it felt.
For the price, I just thought it would feel nicer. I might still wear it once, but I’m a bit disappointed

It was comfortable enough, I guess, but it still felt a bit stiff when I used it. So I’d say it’s comfy, just not super comfy, if that makes sense. Maybe it’ll get better with time, or maybe that’s just how it is.
